Private or semi-private lessons will be available for anyone that might be interested
to improve their volleyball skills.

a)  Name, Age, Your Phone #

b)  Skills level of individual(s) looking for lessons

c)  Dates and times of lessons you are requesting

d)  Skills that you would like to improve

 

I will PROVIDE the GYM for the private or semi-private lessons.
